Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Court Chemist collects, how it is used to produce lineup recommendations, and the choices captains have.
Who this policy covers
This policy describes how DirtWare Technologies, LLC handles information in connection with Court Chemist, the marketing site at https://courtchemist.com and the product at https://app.courtchemist.com. Court Chemist is an independent product and is not affiliated with the United States Tennis Association.
Information provided by captains
Captains create an account and supply the information needed to run a team. That typically includes:
- Account details such as name and email address
- Team, league, season, and schedule information
- Opponent information the captain records or imports
- Captain notes, constraints, and lineup decisions
Team and player information
To produce lineup recommendations, Court Chemist processes information about the players on a captain’s roster. This can include names or identifiers, rating data the captain enters or imports, availability, partner history, match results, and playing-time records.
Captains are responsible for the player information they enter and for having an appropriate basis to share it. Court Chemist processes this information to operate the service for that team.
Authentication and operational data
Operating the service generates technical records such as authentication events, log data, IP address, browser and device information, and error diagnostics. This data is used to sign users in securely, keep the service running, investigate problems, and prevent abuse.
Service providers
Court Chemist relies on third-party providers to operate the service:
- Vercel provides application and website hosting and marketing-site analytics.
- Supabase provides authentication, database, storage, and realtime infrastructure.
- UTR Sports is used for optional rating lookups when a captain connects a UTR Sports account.
- TennisRecord is used for optional player-rating lookups.
These providers receive only the information needed to deliver the applicable service. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy terms.
Product analytics
The marketing site uses privacy-conscious product analytics to understand which pages and calls to action are useful. These events record the page or button involved, not player names, roster details, or authentication information.
Data security
Court Chemist uses commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information it holds, including encryption in transit and access controls on production systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Court Chemist does not claim any security or regulatory certification.
Data retention and deletion
Account and team information is retained while an account is active and for as long as needed to operate the service and meet legal obligations.
Verified deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days. Backup, security, and legal-compliance records may remain for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is required by law. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, or to ask a question about this policy, contact dirtzero1@gmail.com. Written correspondence may be sent to 2000 N Drexel Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73107.
Children
Court Chemist is built for adult league captains. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service, and the service is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the product develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
