Terms of Service

Last updated: September 1, 2026

These terms cover who may use Court Chemist, what captains are responsible for, and the limits of what lineup recommendations promise.

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern use of Court Chemist, operated by DirtWare Technologies, LLC, including the marketing site at https://courtchemist.com and the product at https://app.courtchemist.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement to use Court Chemist. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that occurs under your account.

Captain responsibility for team and player data

Captains decide what roster, rating, availability, and result information to enter. You represent that you have an appropriate basis to provide that information and to use it for team management, and that you will keep it reasonably accurate and up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to violate law or league rules
  • Attempt to access another team’s account, data, or lineup information
  • Probe, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission

Independent status and trademarks

Court Chemist is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the United States Tennis Association. USTA and other referenced marks belong to their respective owners, and any reference is descriptive only.

Recommendations are decision support

Court Chemist produces ranked lineup options and explanations. It does not guarantee that a recommendation will win matches, that it reflects every applicable league or eligibility rule, or that any rating, opponent, or availability data is accurate. The captain is responsible for the lineup that is submitted and for compliance with league rules.

Service availability

Court Chemist is under active development and is offered on an as-is, as-available basis. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. No specific uptime is promised.

Beta participation

Captain beta access is provided to help shape the product. Beta functionality may change or be withdrawn, and capabilities described as planned are not commitments to deliver on any particular date.

Fees and subscriptions

Court Chemist is currently provided without charge to approved beta captains. If paid plans are introduced, the price, billing frequency, cancellation terms, and any applicable refund policy will be shown before purchase. No fee will be charged without the captain’s affirmative agreement.

Termination and data handling

You may stop using Court Chemist and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting dirtzero1@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or to protect the service. On termination, account data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Court Chemist is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DirtWare Technologies, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or relating to the service. Aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or violation of law.
